A mê nun vair possaunz' a te alveda,
Imperatrice grand' e maestusa,
Coverna't pür la fatscha doloreda
Et alva scu la mort e lacrimusa!
Ma l' oter bratsch, chi superet a speda
E fö il muond cun forz' impetuusa,
O lascha quel cruder, perche crudeda
Ais eir tia staila, moribunda spusa!
Che dist, Romaun, esaminand medema?
Ais quaista l' eroessa vincitrice,
Chi ho impress a tuots orrur e temma?
"Eau deploresch, cha uossa quell' attrice
Ho termino sieu gö et ais pür metma
